The King, The Old Prophet and The
Young Prophet
Long time ago, there was King who
rules the nations of God, but he was wicked.
He makes people to sin by allowing them to sacrifice and offer things to
their idols.
The wicked king was offering on
the altar when he was rebuked by the young prophet. He was very upset and pointing his fingers to
the young prophet, he commands his soldiers to arrest the said prophet.
But his hand became
withered! He asked the young prophet, to
pray for him and ask God to forgive his sins.
The young prophet prayed for him and his hands was healed. He offered the young prophet gifts, but he
rejects it because the Lord God Almighty commands him not to receive anything
from the King.
On a long journey going back
home, he rested under the big tree. When
the old prophet learned from his loved ones that the young prophet was long
gone? He asked his sons to get his ass
or donkey for him to ride and overtake the young prophet.
The old prophet has told to the
young prophet to come with him and he will serve him with foods and drinks, but
the young prophet says, he was commanded by God not to eat or drink ‘till he
return back home.
But the old prophet lied to him,
he said, God said to him that he needs to eat foods and drink water so that he
could regain his strength when he return back home.
The young disobedient prophet,
eats food and drink water in the house of the old lying prophet! Whilst he’s eating, the old prophet said
because you disobey God, you will be killed by a lion and you can’t return back
home.
When the young disobedient
prophet left, he was killed by a lion on the way home, as what the old prophet
said.
The story behind this is, God never lies, if He
said something to you, you should not add or subtract what He said, but say
what He said to the full, less we will be accountable to Him one day when we
come to Him face to face and pays what we have done when we were on this planet
